This Privacy Notice (Policy, Privacy Policy) is owned by Rewilder INC. (Rewilder, us, we) a company duly incorporated in the United States of America with its offices located in Miami, Florida.

This Policy  describes the way Rewilder collects personal information from the Users and players of the games (Rewilder Games). It will also describe the way Rewilder uses and discloses the information and also how it protects it on your behalf.

You (Users/players) consent to this Policy by downloading, accessing and/or playing the Games. You may access the Games either in the mobile apps or the website rewilder.com (collectively “The Games”).

1.  PERSONAL DATA  WE COLLECT

The information we collect about you may obtained directly from whenever you access The Games either from creating a profile in the Games, just downloading the mobile apps, or browsing the website.

We may also obtain information from Third Party providers (Third Parties), partnered companies and/or subsidiaries.

The information we directly collect from you once you download the mobile apps and create a profile for playing the Games is the following:

• Account information – Such as complete name, date of birth, email address, user names and passwords and any additional information we may consider necessary.

• Device information – The type of device you are using to access the Games, IP address, the country or region your are accessing from and additional information we may consider necessary.

• Government ID – In some cases we may request you to upload an official valid form of internationally recognized identification in order to verify the information provided.

• Communication with us – If you directly communicate with us either via email or in the in app messages, we will collect and store the information provided in such communications.   

If you decide to sign up using your Facebook, Instagram, Apple and/or Google profile, we will collect from them the information provided directly to them for singing up and the general information of the profile.

The information mentioned above will be obtained directly from us but may be collected throughout the using of the Games and will not necessarily be obtained by requesting it to you directly. This automatically collected information may include the aforementioned and also the following:

• General device information from where you are accessing the Games such as users ID, address IP.

• Your progress made in the game.

• Any interaction made with the in-app advertisement presented to you, if you interact with any of the advertisements we will collect and store such information for further advertisements.

The information we collect from Third Parties may be from the following providers:

• Mobile app stores such as Apple Store or Google Play

• Social media companies such as Facebook and/or Instagram in case you decide to sign up or log-in through these platforms.

• Advertising and marketing companies we use for the in-app advertising that may include without limitation your engagement with our games and the interactions you have with third party platforms or websites. For further information on this see numeral 4.

• Any other Third Party we may engage relationship in the future.

2.  HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

In Rewilder we are fully committed on safeguarding and protecting your information for this reason we have implemented every physical, technological, administrative safeguards we possibly can in our servers to protect your information.

We are constantly trying to improve such safeguards to keep your information safe and help you keep enjoying the Games.

Rewilder will always use your information on your benefit and for improving the Games, hereby listed some of the ways we use the information without limitation:

• To help you better access the Games

• To keep your in-game progress safe

• To store your profile information

• Sell advertisement in the Rewilder Games as described in the “Advertising” section below

• To offer you the best services based on your interests and interactions

The abovementioned are just some of the ways we may use your information directly to benefit the users in the Games, nevertheless we may use the information stored as we best consider it necessary in order to improve the gaming experience in the future for any additional purposes we might consider necessary, always in the understanding

In addition with the list of the ways we may use your information inside the Games, we may also use your information outside the Games for the following purposes:

• To subscribe you to the newsletter of Rewilder and keep you posted about all the updates and benefits of the Games

• To process your personal requests inside and outside the Games

• To communicate with you in any sort of way and for anything you may need or something we might think it interests you

Without limitations of the lists mentioned above, we will use your information to comply with any applicable law, government or authority requirements.

In some cases we will require you to provide additional information in case we consider it necessary, for any reasons we might needed it we will directly notify you such reasons and the information we need from you.

3.  WHO WE CAN SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

As mentioned before, we constantly work with Third Party companies that provide a variety of services to Rewilder in order for The Games to work properly and ensure the Users may use The Games in the best way possible.

In order for The Games to perform correctly, we may disclose your information with them and you agree and allow Rewilder to do so always in the understanding that such disclosure of information will be secure end to end and will only be made in you benefit.

We may disclose your information with related Third Parties in the following scenarios:

• Whenever you expressly allow us to disclose your information.

• Whenever we contract or make an alliance with any new Third Party provider for The Games.

• To allow the Users access to all the benefits and/or all the content of The Games.

• To provide the Users with personalized advertisement inside The Games, further information disclosed in the “Advertising” section

• To the partners, employees, directors, subsidiary companies, partner companies and any other directly related entity or person.

• To ensure Rewilder and The Games safety, we may disclose your information in protection of The Games, the intellectual property rights, other Users or any other component of The Games that must be protected.

• In case we are required by a Federal Government Institution

• In accordance to any law or jurisdiction we are forced to comply with

4.  ADVERTISING

The Games and/or Website include advertising for Third Party products and/or services, so whenever you play the Games you will be able to see such advertisements. This advertising is delivered to Rewilder from a Third Party provider to whom we have shared your information once you created your profile as allowed in this Policy and the Third Party Provider in charge of the advertising will track and monitor your interaction with the advertising presented to you and other types of information on you to improve and target specifically the advertising to your profile and may collect additional information from you and disclose it with us. Rewilder may generate revenue from the advertising presented to you.

You will be able to voluntarily watch advertising inside The Games to obtain a personal benefit inside The Games.

The advertising presented in The Games and/or website may redirect you outside websites, we are not responsible for the content on such websites nor the protection of your information from them. We also do not guarantee the quality nor veracity of the information, services and/or products offered in the advertising.

5.  IN-APP PURCHASES

The Games support and offer in-app purchases for you to obtain a variety of benefits inside The Games only using Real Money to purchase Virtual Goods (review “Virtual Goods” section in the “Terms”).

This in-app purchases will be handled by a Third Party provider to whom you will have to share your personal financial information for them to process your payments. We do not respond for any loss or damage to your information when disclosed directly from you to this Third Party, you must carefully review their privacy policy.

6.  SECURITY AND RIGHTS TO OPT OUT

As mentioned before, in Rewilder we strongly believe in protecting our Users and therefore your information, this is why we enable every technological and physical safeguards to protect your information in the most complete way we can.

In case you are no longer interested in us having and handling your information you have the right to completely delete the information we have about you, in the understanding that doing so will cause the deletion of your profile and the your access to The Games. If you desire to do so, please contact us at legal@rewildergame.com

In case you no longer want to receive our newsletter emails with marketing information you may do so by clicking “unsubscribe” in one of the emails received and/or you may contact us at legal@rewildergame.com and inform your desire of unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Regarding the abovementioned you have the right to file any petition to exercise your rights regarding the treatment of your information on the following basis:

• As mentioned, completely delete your account and the information we have stored from you, in the understanding that such action will cause to lose all the progress made inside The Games and any Virtual Goods you haven’t spent inside The Games will not be subject to refund.

• You have the right to be informed about the information we have stored from you, additional information we have collected during your gameplay and the information we have shared to Third Party providers. Please note that the information we provide regarding this right may be limited according to different agreements we may have with Third Parties. Also note that we may ask for additional information in case you decide to exercise this right in order to verify the person is requesting such information is legitimated to access it, in the understanding that if we cannot verify the person requesting such information is legitimated to obtain it, we can and will reserve the right to disclose it.

• You may request us to restrict or delete part of the information we store from you; in the event that the information you request us to delete or restrict is vital for us to continue storing or accessing in order for you to play The Games, we will deny such request giving you either the option to continue playing The Games as it as before granting us again full access to your information or the option to completely delete your account.

• You have the right to correct your information in case you detect some of the information we store about you is in correct. Please note that in the event of changing information to a false one, we will temporarily suspend your account until you have again corrected the information, in the understanding that if the information has not been corrected we may delete your account.

All the rights mentioned above are still subject for investigation from our side, meaning that we must verify the identity of whoever is making the request and the viability of such request, please note that if we determine to deny your request we will notify you of such denial, the reasons and alternative solutions to your request.

You will also have the right to “opt-out” of “sales or sharing”  of information for targeting advertising, meaning that if you do not exercise this right specifically we may and will transfer your information to third parties in charge of personalizing advertising directly to you based on the information we disclose.

7.  CHILDREN

The Games are not accessible for children under the age of 13 years of old, in case a minor deliberately lies about the information they provide while creating the profile and states they are older than what they really are, Rewilder will not be liable nor responsible for anything that may occur or for the information that we collect from such User, Rewilder does not knowingly collects information from minors.

In case you are over 13 years old but under 16 years old, this Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Rewilder must be reviewed and accepted by your parents, tutor or legal guardian, whenever you create your account and start playing The Games you have agreed that your parents, tutor or legal guardian have reviewed and accepted this Policy. If we detect false declaration on your age or the fact that someone of legal age has reviewed this Policy, we will temporarily suspend your account until this information is verified and this may result in the complete deletion of your account and losing all your progress. 

8.  CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Policy is subject to constant changes regarding either the information on it, the information we collect or anything else we consider necessary to modify. In case of any modification we will submit it to the website and into The Games and we may also notify you, however you must be reviewing them frequently.

9.  CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, according to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 “CCPA”, you have the following rights:

• Right to opt-out of having personal data sold to third parties

• Right to disclosure of personal data collected in the last 12 months, this information will appear visible and will be updated once the 12 months of collecting information have pass

• Right to deletion of personal data collected in the last 12 months, this information will appear visible and will be updated once the 12 months of collecting information have pass

• Right to equal services and price
